Our products are 100% digital. Once the eBook has been downloaded, the customer loses their right of withdrawal.

No refund will be issued for:
- a download that has already been made
- a purchase made by mistake
- a change of mind
- a mishandling by the customer

If you experience a technical issue (file does not open, wrong file, link not working), contact us at contact@cookwithsouf.com with your order number and we will fix it.
